I am going to share with you my thoughts that really seem to be very useful to build a successful business. I have over  the years TRYING TRYING & TRYING many  types of business, learned and at the same time seen a lot of people do well and many more fail indeed...

You can have five people get in the same business in the same week with the same sponsor or team leader and the same opportunity and end up differently. Not just a little different but massively so!

One person does great and a couple other hang on and struggle and the rest quit after just a month of two and move on and do this over and over. Why does that happen? They all have about the same experience, their sponsor or leader is the same person? They are all in the same business so why do they all turn out differently?

Everyone new in this business or even the ones trying for years and struggling just keep asking what is the special secret the gurus are not telling us! They bounce around from this business  to that business and just keep going looking for the magic secret to be revealed.

I am going to do that for you right now, are you ready? Get your pen ready to write this down because this is the “akar umbi”.

FOCUS!!!!!

Yes focus is how people in successful businesses make it all work.

That is the BIG secret, FOCUS, and if you think about it you can understand what I am saying. The successful entrepreneurs are focusing on business opportunity and one marketing avenue until they are making very good money and then maybe they stretch out a little. And then what others???

The Requirements

A successful business, therefore, can be achieved by ensuring 3 key requirements are inherent in business leaders.

1 - Good Knowledge

A good knowledge of the business product, its customers, the business competitors, retailers and suppliers in order to ensure that the business is in touch with its environment (demand).

2 - Determination

Determination goes very well together with discipline. Determination is deciding that something is a fact, or that you are firm about your position. 

When you are determined to achieve something, you will do whatever it takes to achieve that result. It is a force of your mind that becomes evident, that will not take no for an answer. In your mind and your heart you have determined that there is an answer or solution and that you will discover it.

3 - Strategic Thinking (Vision)

To support the business goals and objectives its leader must be foresighted with acumen for business success.

Other Equally Important Requirements

All business leaders, owners, business networks  must possess some or all of these requirements depending on their functions.

1. Integrity - this should never be compromised.

2. Honesty - like integrity, truthfulness breeds 'sincerity of purpose'.

3. Basic computer skills.

4. Networking & Team work - working together where every worker or member is an integral part of a group and not an isolated champion.
